- Operation of the OASIS-5 program for obtaining the D-8-4 Technology Startup Visa

- Expert consulting (2 hours per session)
- Up to 5 sessions per person
- Program may close early if the budget is exhausted

| General Entrepreneurship | Refining business ideas, validating and advancing business models (BM), drafting business plans, and preparing investor presentation (IR) materials. Assessing the capabilities of early-stage entrepreneurs and developing marketing and market entry strategies. |
| Patents | Refining ideas and establishing Intellectual Property (IP) strategies; managing patent applications and responding to examinations; and providing advisory services for copyright management and dispute prevention. |
| Tax & Accounting | Fundamentals of tax and accounting for early-stage founders, tax incentives and application strategies, management of fundraising, and key preparations for attracting investment. |
| Labor & Legal | Selection of business entity and establishing governance strategies, providing legal advisory on personal information protection and processing, drafting articles of incorporation and various contracts, prevention of HR and labor law risks, and preparation of employment contracts |
| Import & Export /Customs | Advising on import/export procedures and practical trade operations, providing guidance on customs clearance and customs risk management strategies for utilizing customs drawback and exemption systems, and offering advisory services on international transactions and trade contracts. |
신청자격
- Applicants must satisfy at least one mandatory item and achieve a minimum score of 60 points out of a total of 300 points (Pre-fulfillment of D-8-4 "Target Audience Requirements" is mandatory)
